Denise Sanna-McClure - 4th Grade B
Hello - I am Denise McClure. I was born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho. I am the oldest of two children. I am happily married to a Pocatello Police officer. We have six children and three grandchildren. I received my teaching degree in Special Education from Idaho State University. I am also certified in Intensive Behavior Interventions (Habilitative Intervention), CPR/First Aid and hold a minor in Sociology. I taught Special Education for 10 years before coming to Connor Academy where I now teach 4th grade. I absolutely LOVE teaching and have found a special nitch in the 4th grade. I feel truly blessed to teach with the amazing team at Connor Academy!
In my "spare time", I enjoy activities with my family. Highland softball, summer Impact softball, riding horses, wood crafts, and my darling Bernese Mountain Dog "Esther". I am a HUGE Pittsburg Steelers fan and you will see that my classroom is a combination of "fan club", country girl and minions.
I believe that every child can learn, maybe not on the same day and not in the same way, but they can learn.
