As a strong believer in positive thinking and the importance of a good attitude, I feel fortunate to be teaching at this school which fosters Charles Swindoll’s philosophy.  Waking up each morning knowing I get to spend my day with wonderful students and amazing staff is more energizing than a shot of espresso! I am thrilled about the fantastic field trips we have planned and look forward to a productive, fun, and educational school year!

A little bit about myself - I graduated from Utah State University with a BS in History. After graduating, I moved to Pocatello and started working at Connor Academy. I love being in the great outdoors and spend my time biking, skiing, and exploring new places with my favorite furry companion, Ziggy.

On a closing note, these amazing young 8th graders have an extraordinary amount to offer and I feel particularly grateful to be a part of their lives. I hope as they leave my class, they will feel ready and motivated to meet both life’s challenges and joys.
