After submitting a lottery application and receiving a seat, follow the instructions below to complete your student(s) registration.

Complete the online registration sent to your email.

Provide a certified copy of your child's birth certificate and a complete immunization record. Certified birth certificates are available from the Idaho Bureau of Vital Statistics and can be ordered online at www.vitalstatistics.com. Immunization records are provided by your doctor and can also be obtained at the Southeast Idaho Health Department
